SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship in-stock products Monday through Friday. Orders on a non-business day are considered next business day. 

Estimated delivery times vary between 2 and 8 days. 

RETURN POLICY

Products can bu returned in 14 days. 

  • The returned item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached.

NOTE: Damaged or defective items are requested to be returned in 5 days after receiving the product.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to The Petship.

  • The Petship is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items for return.

  • To get your items as soon as possible, The Petship processes your order soon after it is confirmed. As a result, order cancellations are not possible.
